We discovered your company in into the production or distribution of one of the products we deal on and would want to go into a business relationship with you. Our company has it's Head quateres in the US but branch offices across other countries in Europe and Africa. It is the company policy that none other of the branch offices are allowed to make payment during purchase so we would like to put it to you first that payment for any product(s) purchased from you will come from our head office in the USA. This does not mean that shipment ecessarily has to go to the USA. Shipment is determined by the branch at which the product is needed at a particular time.
