Procedures to follow:



1. Buyer issues LOI and BCL Information with authorization to verify funds; or LOI +AUTH. FOR SOFT PROBE

Without LOI & BCL or Soft probe, we can NOT continue. PLEASE, DO NOT insist.



ALL DOCUMENTS NEEDS SELLER’S APPROVAL.



2. Seller (or agent) confirms the availability and price with a FCO.

3. Buyer confirms the FCO agreed in terms & Price, sign, seal.

4. Seller sends the Draft Contract with full terms and conditions.

5. The Buyer signs it, seal and send hard copies contract back to seller by fax or e-mail. If seller and buyer both agree, then the seller will mail via DHL or FedEx five original copies to the buyer.

6. Buyer opens a non-operative FFDLC (irrevocable, transferable,

Unencumbered- , unconditional, 100% at sight in the name of the

Seller.

7. Buyer receives the non-operative Letter of Credit via fax or e-mail. And

Send a copy to seller via fax or e-mail.

8. Seller sends P.O.P in form of the letter from the manufacturer/ port-plant

Confirming the product to the buyer’s bank, and will post a 2% Performance Bond

For the transaction.

(DEPENDING ON SELLER, 2% PB MIGHT COME BEFORE POP)

9. With POP and PB presented to the buyer’s bank, the non-operative
FFDLC.

10. Loading Initiates as per Scheduled supplied in the contract (30 to 45

days) from the date of receiving an operative payment instrument.
