MADERO, INC. was incorporated on September 12,1966, and has

domiciled in Orlando, Florida since inception. As of October 16, 1984,

the Articles of Incorporation of MADERO INC. were amended to

change the name of the corporation to MADERO TRADING LTD.

MADERO TRADING, LTD has been engaged in international trading

of commodities since inception. World wide personal contacts with

major government and business persons in the international business

community has provided a definitive advantage in this activity. It has

been an established and demonstrably successful practice to deal only

with the principals in this type of transactions.
At times, MADERO TRADING, LTD. has imported goods under its

own labels. The company is in position to provide customer labeled

goods as well, targeted to specific end users. The bulk of the

company's international activity, however, is in the trading of bulk

commodities, such as: Baryte Powder, for the oil drilling industry;

Sulphur, Sugar, Coffee, and in lesser amounts; Sesame Seeds, from

Mexico; Corned Beef and fruits from Argentina; Seafood's from Brazil

and Peru.

During the last twelve years of operations the focus of the activity has

been in the type of commercial activities described above. Excellent

business relations have been maintained and reinforced in several

areas of the world where the company has become known as a supplier

of major commodities and through its subsidiary, AZTEC

PETROLEUM, oil equipment and machinery.

In September 1994, the headquarters were transferred to Antigua, WI,
